Rules of stay

      _cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ Welcome to our Camping U WOJA - a unique place in the picturesque Słowiński Park. We kindly ask you to read these regulations and comply with the rules of stay contained therein.

 

1. The day lasts from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 11:00 on the day of departure.

2. When making a reservation, the Guest is obliged to pay a deposit of not less than 20% of the entire cost of the stay. Upon check-in, the Guest is obliged to pay the surcharge up to the full price for the entire stay. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is not refundable.

3. Payment of the fee for the stay is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations of the stay.

4. Upon check-in, the Guest receives the keys to the rented house, which must be returned on the day of departure at the reception or an authorized person. In case of damage or loss of keys, a fee of PLN 50 will be charged (cost of replacing the lock).

5. If guests shorten their stay, the fee for unused nights is not refundable.

6. From 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on the following day, the curfew applies to the resort, which must be observed.

7. It is forbidden without the prior consent of the owners of the resort to accept additional people in the house for an overnight or daily stay, treating them as their guests.

8. Additional people can be accommodated in each cottage. The price of the stay is PLN 20 per night.

9. The stay of children and teenagers under 18 in the center is allowed only under the care of adults. Children playing in the resort should be supervised by adults at all times. In the event of any unfortunate incident involving a child left unattended, the parents and guardians are solely responsible.

10. Pets are allowed in the resort. There is an additional fee of PLN 5 per day for pets. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. The owner is obliged to clean up after his pet and have a current vaccination book.

11. The Guest undertakes to use the rooms and equipment throughout the resort in accordance with their intended use and to maintain safety within the meaning of the health and safety and P-POZ regulations.

12. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the resort.

13. Lighting bonfires is allowed only in places designated for this purpose after prior consent of the owners of the resort.

14. In the resort, it is forbidden to organize grand parties without the prior consent and knowledge of the owners, as well as littering and disturbing the order.

15. The owners reserve the right to immediately check out people who abuse alcohol, behave aggressively or are under the influence of drugs.

16. During their stay, guests take care of order on their own, therefore, they are kindly requested to keep cleanliness in the occupied houses and throughout the resort.

17. The guest is obliged to inform the staff or owners of the resort about any damage or damage. For damage to property caused by the Guest, the owners have the right to charge a fee appropriate to the value of the damage suffered.

18. The owners of the resort are not responsible for private belongings and property of guests.

19. Parking and parking of cars is possible only in places designated for this purpose.

20. WI-FI internet is available in the resort and is free of charge.

21. The owners do not bear any responsibility for the stay of Guests outside the "Uwoja" Resort.

22. Persons violating the rules of the above regulations may be required to leave the resort immediately without reimbursement of any costs.

23. The Regulations come into force on August 31, 2019.
